Electric arc furnaces is a kind of steel melting furnace, which can fulfill steel smelting target in steel foundry.

1. EAF electric arc furnace is used for melting scrap and supply molten steel for continuous casting machine. compared with induction furnace, EAF has low requirement for scrap quality, such as the carbon content. EAF is suitable for factory, which has no good quality scrap.

2.  For the whole set of electric arc furnace, it is mainly made up of many different kinds of parts, the furnace body, tilting device, electrode lifting device, furnace cover lifting and rotation mechanism, tube type water-cooled furnace cover, big current circuit, transformer, hydraulic station, water-cooled system, compressed air system, electrical control includes high voltage cabinet, low voltage cabinet, regulator and operation table.

3. The auxiliary equipment includes slag tank, charging basket, lifting hook, electrode nippling device, ladle baking device and specialized instrument.

4. Our EAF adopts furnace cover top-charging mechanism, electrode lifting and other movement use hydraulic control.
